We produce all our own sausages, burgers and pies on the premises on a daily basis.
Beef: All our beef is locally sourced and expertly butchered on our premises. It is hung for three weeks or longer ensuring tender, flavoursome beef. We source traditional beef breeds such as Devon Ruby Red, Aberdeen Angus and Dexter
Pork: Our local outdoor reared pork is sourced from Sandridge Farm, who also supply our traditionally cured Wiltshire Bacon and Hams.
Lamb: Local lamb available all year round. Whole or half lambs can be prepared for the freezer to specific customer requirements.
Poultry: Free Range chickens and ducks from Cready Carver Poultry are always available. Dry plucked chickens, guinea fowl, Aylesbury Duck and quail available from Woolley Park Farm.
Pies: We offer homemade pies, pasties and sausage rolls cooked fresh every day, including the award winning Marlborough Pasty and a Steak & Stout pie using Silver Pig Stout from Ramsbury Brewery.
Sausages: We make all our sausages and have a wide range available including The Marlborough Sausage, The Ramsbury Sausage (made with Ramsbury Gold Beer), The Burbage Sausage (made with Shitake mushrooms from Marlborough Mushrooms), Wild Boar, and other varieties including Pork and Leek, Lincolnshire and Cumberland.
Burgers: All our burgers are made at the shop and can made to a size to suit. We produce several varieties including Beef, Pork and Apple, Venison & Cranberry, Lamb & Mint and Chicken & Herb.
Other products: We sell local Free Range Eggs together with Tracklements condiments and products from The Wiltshire Chilli Farm.
